摘要 本研究主要在探討「高階管理團隊差異化」與「公司創業環境」之間的相關性,主要研究對象鎖定在台灣國營事業的144位高階管理團隊成員。本研究透過多變量統計分析的方法來探討高階管理團隊成員差異性對公司創業環境的相對預測能力,研究結果顯示高階管理團隊的差異性的確會對公司創業環境產生顯著的影響。此外,本研究同時也針對高階管理團隊影響公司創業活動的關鍵內部組織因素的衡量尺度進行建構。本研究將公司創業精神廣義的定義為組織發展與執行新概念的過程,基於此概念,本研究將發展此衡量模式並探討高階管理團隊對此內部情境的影響效果。就公司創業環境量表的建構效度而言,本研究採取驗證性因素分析的方法來進行驗證,驗證結果共發展出四個構面與32道題項的適配模式。因此,藉由驗證量表的效度與信度,除可作為國內國營企業評量企業創業環境的有效工具之外,亦可作為後續研究者對國營事業企業創業環境的參考與建立相關量表之基礎。
Abstract This study examines the relationship between TMT diversity and corporate entrepreneurship environment in a sample of 144 Taiwanese public corporations. Multivariate statistical analysis was used to investigate the relative predictive power of TMT diversity on corporate entrepreneurship environment. The results of the study indicated a significant relationship between TMT diversity and corporate entrepreneurship environment. Besides, this study assesses the measurement properties of a scale that measures the key internal organizational factors that influence TMT to initiate corporate entrepreneurship activities. In this study, corporate entrepreneurship is used in a broad sense to include the development and implementation of new ideas into the organization.In the construction of validity, Linear Structure Relation was adopted to carry out confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). The suitability and fitness of the four dimensions and 32 questions have been thus verified. As a result, this inventory with adequate validity and reliability can serve as effective instrument for the measurement of corporate entrepreneurship in domestic public corporation. The results of this study may also propose suggestions and references to the future researchers.
