摘 要 本研究旨在探討國小高年級學生學習滿意度與幸福感之現況、差異、相關及預測情形。研究者依據文獻設計問卷題目,以桃園縣國民小學五、六年級學生為研究對象,自編Likert五點計分量表問卷為研究工具,共發放800 份問卷,收回問卷783份,回收率為97.8﹪,其中有效問卷776份,無效問卷7份。資料分析處理採用描述統計,獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析、薛費事後考驗、皮爾遜積差相關、典型相關以及多元迴歸。本研究資料統計分析結果為: ㄧ、桃園縣國小高年級學生學習滿意度之現況屬「中高」程度,其中以 「教師 教學」層面知覺為最高。 二、桃園縣國小高年級學生幸福感之現況屬「中高」程度,其中以「生活滿足」 層面知覺為最高。 三、不同性別、年級、學校規模及家中排行之桃園縣國小高年級學生對學習滿 意度的知覺有顯著差異。 四、不同年級、學校規模之桃園縣國小高年級學生對幸福感的知覺有顯著差異。 五、學習滿意度與幸福感呈現中度正相關,亦呈現顯著典型相關。 六、學習滿意度中,以「學習成果」對整體幸福感最具預測力
Abstract The purpose of this study is to investigate Students’ learning satisfaction and Well-being of the fifth to Sixth Grades of Elementary School in Taoyuan Elementary Schools. Researcher designs questionnaire to analyze the relationship between students’ learning satisfaction and Well-being and to predict students’ satisfaction for Well-being. The objects of study are the students who are in the fifth grade and the sixth grade in Taoyuan Elementary Schools. Through questionnaire investigation, there are 800 questionnaires distributed. The return rate is 97.8%.The results are as followed: 1. Students’ learning satisfaction and Well-being in Taoyuan Elementary Schools are Above average,especially in “Teacher’s Teaching”. 2. Students’ Well-being in Taoyuan Elementary Schools are above average,especially in “Life’s Satisfaction”. 3. There are differences significantly in “sexual”, “school scale”, “school location” and “birth orders” based on different backgrounds and learning satisfaction. 4. There are differences significantly in “school scale” and “school location”based on different backgrounds and Well-being. 5. Students’ learning satisfaction and Well-being are medium positive correlation and also significantly canonical correlation. 6. Students’ learning satisfaction can predict students’ Well-being. The interpersonal relationship also has significant predictions.
