摘要


在本論文中提出一個以兩個電流傳輸器、兩個接地電容及兩個接地電阻所組成的三輸入一輸出電流模式萬用二階濾波器。所提出的電路具備以下特點:使用接地電容及接地電阻,具備高輸出阻抗及低靈敏度特性,實現全部標準濾波器之功能,可合成具有低通、帶通、高通、帶拒以及全通之濾波輸出訊號,且沒有元件匹配的限制。

In this paper, a new current-mode universal biquadratic filter with three inputs and single output that has a simpler structure, i.e., use only two current conveyors, two grounded capacitors, and two grounded resistors is presented. The proposed circuit can realize all the standard filter functions, which is, lowpass, bandpass, highpass, notch, and allpass filters, without component matching conditions. The proposed circuit offers the features of using of grounded capacitors and resistors, very low active and passive sensitivities and very high output impedance.
