大學生線上課業輔導育幼院童對其共通職能之研究

摘要


教育部於95年起開始推動「偏鄉地區中小學網路課業輔導服務計畫」,運用網路教學方式,由大學伴輔導中部偏遠地區國民中小學學生,提升偏遠地區學生學習成效,促成學習機會均等。提升偏遠地區國民中小學學生之教育、文化及資訊素養,藉以縮減城鄉學習差距,提升當地教育文化水準。並藉此線上輔導的平臺,提升並培育大學伴社會服務情懷,發揮服務學習之共通職能。 本研究主要在探討這些輔導育幼院童的大學生其共通職能中的社會互動(Social interaction)、參與熱誠(Participation dedication)、道德品格(Moral character) 、問題解決(Problem solving)等4個構面,進行分析,並以中原大學參與輔導育幼院童的12位大學伴為研究對象。 對於「大學生線上課業輔導育幼院童對其共通職能之研究」主要採用二種研究方法,第一個以質性訪談為主,第二個是以問卷調查為輔的研究方法來蒐集相關研究資料,對共通職能的4個構面進行分析,主要研究結果如下: 一、社會互動:大學伴認為經過育幼院童的線上輔導後,他們在人與人的溝通及互動上確實有明顯的進步。 二、參與熱誠:大學伴認為在參加了對育幼院童的線上輔導後,都能熱情投入對院童的輔導,且在過程中,能針對院童內心想法,深入的探究,感受這個過程中的一切。 三、道德品格:研究發現,受訪者在此項目表現僅次於參與熱忱項目。大學伴認為參與時,能夠從中學到如何幫助他人、如何去關懷他人、分辦對與錯等等,不論是對自己在社會上或是對這些育幼院童們,在這樣的服務過程中是他們非常重要的課題。 四、問題解決:大學伴在遇到問題時,都能很有效的擬出如何解決問題,運用網路的資源、請教其他學伴的建議等等。

The Ministry of Education launched the「Digital Tutoring Program in 2006, by using the online tutoring method, the university students could help the middle-school-and-below schoolchildren in remote area with their homework,promote the equal level of learning opportunity. By enhancing the education, cultural, and information accomplishment for remote elementary and junior high school schoolchildren, we can close the learning gap between city and countryside, and promote local Educational and cultural level. Also by employing the online tutoring platform, we can also promote the enthusiasm of those senior study companions for social services and utilize the common competencies of service learning. This research focuses on the probe of 4 aspects of those senior study companions’ common competencies: social interaction, participation dedication, moral character and problem solving. The 12 senior study companions of Chung-Yuan Christian University are the research objects of this thesis. The Research of Senior「A Study on common competencies of e-Tutor with Children」 adopted two research methods, the qualitative interview method and the questionnaire survey method to collect related research data and analyze the 4 aspects of the common competencies. The main research findings are: 1. Social interaction: Those senior study companions showed significant improvement of interpersonal communication and interaction after conducting the on-line tutoring. 2. Participation dedication: after the on-line tutoring, the senior study companions thought they all could help the schoolchildren with great enthusiasm, and during the tutoring, they would have more feeling of schoolchildren’s underlying thought, and enjoyed the whole probe processing. 3. Moral character: the research found that all companions performed less better on this aspect than the Participation dedication aspect which ranked number 1 in this thesis. All companions felt that during the tutoring process, they all learnt how to assist others, how to care for other and to distinguish between right and wrong. Not just for all the companions when they enter society, but also for all the schoolchildren received the services, the whole tutoring process would be the important experience in their life. 4. Problem solving: when encountered problems, the companions all could employ the online resources, seek the suggestions from other companions, etc, to effectively develop the solutions.
