摘要

因全球氣候劇烈變遷，地球環境資源匱乏，人為形成的碳排放量又與日俱增，使得如何節能減碳、珍惜環境資源，讓環境得以永續且生生不息，成為全球共同的重要課題。台灣目前的綠建築評估有九大指標，其中，與室內設計相關的指標為「室內環境」，該指標雖整合了音環境、光環境、通風換氣與室內建材裝修等評估項目，但多係以建築角度進行評估考量，卻未針對室內設計流程進行探討。本研究目的在研擬建立客觀之「綠色室內設計評估系統」，作為設計師在室內設計過程的檢驗與評估參考，以實踐環境永續理念。研究先從室內設計流程階段，釐清室內設計的本質，進行綠色課題及策略的分析，經文獻探討歸納出「綠色室內設計評估項目」，再以分析層級程序法（AHP）進行二次專家問卷，研擬層級評估架構及評估項目，採取3R（Reduce、Reuse、Recycle）策略進行綠色策略項目的檢討，依室內設計各階段分別提出：減量計畫、節能設計及再生設計（設計規劃階段）；減量施工、回收再生及建材選用（裝修施工階段）；降低耗能、資源利用及低碳生活（使用維護階段）等策略項目，第一次問卷結果經分析後彙整提出包括3項室內設計流程、9項綠色策略項目及38項評估準則，第二次問卷調查為擷取專家學者對綠色室內設計評估指標的看法與建議，瞭解各評估項目的適切性及及相對重要程度，以作為研擬綠色室內設計評估項目之決策參考，進而建立綠色室內設計評估指標及評估權重值。最後，應用室內設計真實案例進行操作檢核，設計師於室內設計過程中自我評估，以驗證研究建立「綠色室內設計評估系統」操作之可行性，提出檢討修正，未來可於設計完工後，透過客觀方式執行評估。

With an extensive anthropogenic carbon emissions that caused climate change and a lack of global environmental sources. Energy efficiency and carbon reduction are the important problems need to be solved. Although “Interior Environment” includes sound, light, ventilation and building materials, it isn’t evaluated with interior design process. The aim of this study is to present the “Green Design Assessment System for Interior Design”as examine for interior designers. Firstly, this study is defined essence of interior design on the process of interior design, analyzed the green problems and summarized the green strategies of interior design by literature review. Secondly, using AHP questionnaire to present green strategies that include reduction plan, energy-saving design and recycle design during proposal phase; reduce construction, recycle plan and suitable materials during construction phase; reduce energy, resource utilization and low-carbon life during maintaining phase by 3R green concepts （Reduce, Reuse and Recycle）. Finally, this research presents 3 interior design processes, 9 green strategies and 38 assessment indicators. A real case checked by this system, to examine the ability of this system and evaluate it when the project is completed by objective way.
