摘要


在激烈的全球化產業競爭環境下,技術進步快速,而在這瞬息萬變的時代?堙A誰能夠掌握知識,便是掌握了先機。經濟合作暨發展組織OECD於1996年提出,將「知識經濟」的概念定義為:一個以擁有、分配、生產和使用「知識」為重心的經濟型態,將與農業經濟、工業經濟並列的新經濟型態;而知識經濟之於知識管理,其重點不是知識,而是轉知識為利潤與競爭力。此一經濟型態又稱為「新經濟」,主要是泛指運用新的技術、員工的創新、企業家的毅力與冒險精神,作為經濟發展原動力的經濟。 隨著資訊科技與網際網路的革命性發展,知識及資訊的獲得、傳播、儲存及應用更加便捷,因此整個人類生活及經濟型態亦伴隨著科技與創新的應用與發展而有了新的風貌,而無論科技與創新的發展都需要知識的投入,於是「知識經濟」便成為「新經濟」最重要的一部份。 而在知識生產力快速的今天,如何能讓這些資訊變成企業可應用的知識,所依賴的就是高素質的員工與知識管理的工具。而知識管理就是指利用組織智力或知識資產來創造價值的一個過程。 因此,如何提升企業於生產製造過程中設備與資訊的整合能力,以提升整體競爭力,是相關產業所積極努力的目標。而知識管理能提供員工相關資訊以達到組織內知識共享的目的,提供業者於導入電腦整合製造技術時的一個平台;另一方面,經由知識的獲得、創造、分享、整合、紀錄、存取、創新等過程,把企業於導入電腦整合製造時,組織內部所必須的改造或是員工無形的知識,利用一個有效的方法與機制,使其成為有形的知識,並且回饋到知識管理系統中。如此,不但可以減少日後於導入電腦整合製造技術時人員摸索的時間與錯誤的機會,也可利用知識管理的工具,保留組織內部的知識,避免因組織的改造或員工的異動而遺失,同時以知識管理所萃取出的知識,加強產品於生產製造的管控,提升公司本身的競爭能力。

Under the intense globalization industry competition environment, the technology growing faster, but in this fast changing time, one will grasp the initiative while grasping the knowledge. The Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development(OECD) has propose the idea of " Knowledge-based Economy " in 1996 as the definition of a concept that: the economy type that own, assign, produce and use of the "Knowledge", together with agricultural economy, industrial economy will form a new economic type. The Knowledge-based Economy is not emphasis in knowledge, but a process that transfer the knowledge into profits and competitive abilities. This type of economic is called "New Economy", mainly reference as utilization of new technology, employee’s innovation and entrepreneur's will and the spirit to risk are the driving force for the economic development. Along with the information technology and the Internet revolutionary development, it become easy to acquire, propagate, store and apply for knowledge and information. Henceforth the entire human life and economic type have a new view following by the technology and the innovation application. But regardless of technology and the innovation development, all needed the knowledge involvement, thereupon " Knowledge-based Economy " then becomes the most important part of " New Economy ". In the rapid growing of knowledge today, how can these information become useful knowledge to the company rely on high quality staffs and the tools of knowledge management. And the knowledge management is a process of using the organizational intelligence or knowledge property to create integral value. Therefore, how to promote the integral capabilities for enterprises in the productive manufacture process with equipment and information conformity so that to up-listing the whole competitive ability, is the main goal that enterprise try hard to achieve. And the Knowledge Management can provide the staff information to achieve the knowledge sharing goal in organizations, provide industry a platform to implement Computer Integrated Manufacturing technology. On the other hand, through the process of knowledge obtainment, creation, sharing, integrity, record, access and innovation, the interior transformation of the organization or the staff's invisible knowledge, using an effective method and mechanism to make it become visible, and feedback to the Knowledge Management System when the enterprises want to implement the Computer Integrated Manufacturing. With this way, it not only can reduce the study period and mistake when implement the Computer Integrated Manufacturing technology, it also can use the Knowledge Management’s tools to retain the organization interior knowledge to avoid the loss due to the transformation or the staff’s leave. And on the same time, with the knowledge provide by the Knowledge Management, it will strengthen the product’s quality control and promote the competitive ability of the company.
