有機酸摻雜之電活性聚亞醯胺材料之製備與性質探討

摘要


本論文的研究主軸在利用有機酸摻雜電活性聚亞醯胺以製備一系列抗靜電的防蝕塗料。 研究的方法首先利用氧化偶合一步法合成穩定的半氧化半還原態之胺基封端苯胺三聚體(ACAT),並選用非共平面之二酸酐(BSAA)進行聚亞醯胺的熱縮合反應,合成過程中並摻雜有機酸,以製備出一系列具抗靜電效果的電活性聚亞醯胺。 研究內容探討有機酸摻雜電活性聚亞醯胺材料之抗靜電效果及防腐蝕性能,及其所衍生的光學、熱學、電學基本特性之變化。 論文中主要藉由摻雜有機酸製備出一系列不同摻雜比例的電活性聚亞醯胺,進一步利用導電度量測儀測量材料之導電度,利用電化學量測儀量測所合成材料之金屬防蝕性能,評估其在做為抗靜電型防蝕塗料之潛力。 實驗中利用減弱全反射紅外線吸收光譜儀(ATR-FTIR)證實有機酸已被摻雜在電活性聚亞醯胺中; 利用掃瞄式電子顯微鏡 (SEM) 觀察材料在電活性高分子塗料塗佈於冷軋鋼表面之後剝離塗層後的金屬表面狀態;以電化學腐蝕量測技術來系統性的探討電活性聚亞醯胺在防腐蝕塗料之實際應用效益。 另外,以微差掃描式熱分析儀 (DSC) 觀察電活性高分子材料之熱性質變化;以紫外-可見光分光光譜儀來探討電活性聚亞醯胺及其摻雜不同比例有機酸的光學特性。以XRD測得有機酸摻雜過後,發現peak強度有增加,推論因有機酸添加,使高分子排列更加整齊,因而使結晶訊號強度提升,所用抗靜電塗料的導電度也因此提升。

In this study, a series of anti-statically anticorrosive materials were prepared from organic acid doped electroactive polyimide (EPI) coating containing dianhydride of BSAA and diamine of amine-capped aniline trimer (ACAT) was presented. First of all, ACAT was synthesized by oxidative coupling reaction. Subsequently, ACAT was reacted with dianhydride of BSAA, with suitable amount of organic acid dopant, through chemical imidization reaction up to operational temperature of 200℃, followed by characterizing with ATR-FTIR. Electrical conductivity and corrosion protection of organic acid-doped EPI was investigated by conductivity analyzer and electrochemical corrosion measurements, respectively. Optical, thermal and electrical properties of the organic acid-doped EPI were also investigated by UV-visible absorption, differential scanning calorimetry, electrochemically cyclic voltammetric (CV) studies. Two-dimensional and three-dimensional morphology of organic acid-doped EPI was observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and atomic force microscopt (AFM). Crystallinity of organic acid-doped EPI was determined by powder X-ray diffraction pattern. It should be noted that, after doping with organic acid, the EPI coating was found to reveal an enhanced crystallinity.
