由於資訊科技的不斷發展,企業陸續導入各式功能不同的套裝軟體如ERP、MES或是一些自行開發的軟體,而這些系統在陸續導入後,企業發現這些系統無互相配合並達成協同合作的效益。同時企業也發現到這些各自獨立的系統陸續衍生出許多問題,如有價值的資料必須重複輸入且資料容易發生錯誤、新舊系統之間資料的不一致、物件標準不一、介面紊亂等問題。而企業應用整合(Enterprise Application Integration, EAI)技術的出現提供企業一項較佳的系統整合解決方案。 目前大部分的EAI整合模式都偏向於流程面的整合,流程面的EAI整合模式固然可以解決許多企業在進行系統整合時所面臨的問題,但是在整合完成後,常會因為公司流程的異動或是新系統的導入而需要依照新的企業流程重新對EAI的整合系統來做修正。因此流程面的EAI整合模式的穩定性相對較差,無形中也增加企業許多系統維護的成本。 本研究嘗試以資料層EAI為基礎,並透過對企業流程分析及系統資料表分析,建立企業資料層EAI整合的模式,提供正確與即時的資訊給決策者,提昇企業效率、避免錯誤的發生及減少企業損失,同時解決企業面對流程變動及新系統導入時需修正EAI系統的穩定性問題。
Because of the development of the information technology, enterprises introduce many application system which have different function,such as ERP,MES system or some software develop by enterprises itself. After enterprises introduce these systems, they find these systems can not cooperating with each other and get the benefit from system cooperate. At the same time, they find these independence systems have many problems, such as valuable data have been input several times to different system, data and object standard different between different systems. The technology of enterprise application integration(EAI) provides enterprise a better solution to solve these problems. Present most EAI solutions lean to the processes integration. Indeed processes EAI solutions can solve many problems when enterprises try to integration these application systems. But after processes EAI solutions have been finished, they often need to be correct when enterprise processes have change or introduce new application systems. So processes EAI solutions’s stability is relatively bad, and enterprise increase a lot of cost in maintain these application systems. This research is tried to build a data-level EAI integration model, which by analyse enterprises's process and database table. This model can offer policymakers immediately and correctly informations. It also can promote enterprise's efficiency; avoid application system error and reduction enterprise's loss. And this model can increase stability when enterprises's processes have change or introduce new application systems.
