住宅室內設計施工圖之管理研究

近年來國人對於提高住宅品質，要求室內裝修精緻需求，大幅提升。然而業界對於施工圖認知有所差異，也無一致性的標準；或是圖面內容欠缺完善，也戓是無詳盡有效的溝通機制，以至於設計單位與施工單位時有糾紛發生；追本清源問題核心在於施工圖的完備與管理的良窳與否。因此，促使針對住宅之室內設計施工圖產生研究動機。一方面檢討如何運用施工圖作為有效的溝通，另一方面透過有系統的管理使施工圖更為完善。本研究透過文獻參考，資料分析以及文件分析法，觀察法，理論分析法，訪問法等研究方式，得到最終結果，再利用歸納法得到結論，作為此次研究成果。冀望此成果未來對於業界在住宅室內設計施工圖的使用、管理成為有效的溝通工具，並且能有所貢獻。本研究得到以下的結果： 1、探討管理一套住宅室內設計施工圖所必須具備的單元及系統。 2、管理住宅室內設計施工圖在各單元及系統中，所應包含溝通的項目。 3、製訂「住宅室內設計施工圖管理檢核表」，做為未來住宅室內設計施工圖時之自主檢查項目。

Recently, people are eager for tremendous improvements of housing quality and chasing delicate of residential renovation. However, many controversies on the matter of Architecture Working Drawing (AWD) caused by either a different viewpoint with architect and architecture engineer or an incongruent recognition are the common problems in the interior decoration industry. Furthermore, the lack of detailed contents and ineffective communication mechanism between each other have not ceased to exist yet; therefore, discrepancy always persists in each other and remains an unsolved major issue in the industry nowadays. In order to shoot these problems, the crucial point in the event is to rely on the perfect AWD and superior management simultaneously. This is the motif of the study that focus on how to significantly make AWD become a mutually beneficial communication tool, meanwhile, provide an advanced management systematically in residential interior design, on the other hand. The methodology in this study included “literature references”, “data and document analysis”, “observation”, “theoretical analysis”, “field interview” and other research methods. The final conclusion through an inductive method made this achievement that expected to help the use of AWD and provide superior approach in AWD management when it is needed to communicate each others in the interior decoration industry. The items listed below are the conclusions from this study: 1. Explored and defined the essential elements and system able to support the management of AWD for interior decoration industry. 2. Governed and itemized material from definition that are used for AWD management and communication. 3. Formulates the checklist for residential interior design and AWD management as a self- inspection project during the period of construction of residential interior design in the future.
