本研究旨在瞭解高等教育人才培育與市場人力需求現況,並探討高等教育人才培育與市場人力需求之關係,透過相關文獻探討及資料統計分析,可歸納結論如下: 一、 高等教育人才培育現況 (一) 人才培育數量以商業及管理學學門、工程學門及人文學門名列前三。 (二) 受社會、經濟趨勢等因素影響,學門之人才培育數量有明顯差異。 二、 市場人力需求現況 (一) 市場職缺數以業務銷售、行政總務、財會金融專業名列前三。 (二) 僅大學學歷之人力需求排名前五之職缺類型平均。 三、 高等教育人才培育與市場人力需求之關係 (一) 高等教育人才培育與市場人力需求類型相似。 (二) 就業市場機會最充足為科技類職務,最不充足為社會服務及教育類職務。 (三) 市場人力需求數量多者並無因此增加就業機會。 (四) 對高等教育人才需求較甚之職務,可使就業機會提高。 (五) 就業市場人力需求與高等教育人才培育供需不穩定。 根據本研究發現,提出相關建議,臚列如下: 一、 對高等教育教學機構之建議 (一) 建立系所學生進路分析,提升學生專業素養,創造市場需求優勢。 (二) 兼顧設系宗旨與市場環境需求,改善系所發展方向,創造系所新機會。 二、 對教育行政主管機關之建議 (一) 維護目前既有之高等教育資料庫,定期調查與評估各項資料,並建立長期縱貫性研究機制,以瞭解人力供需間關係,作為教育政策制訂之參考。 (二) 人力培育之規劃應周詳的考量當前社會整體發展,並以追求國家發展與兼顧社會需求的前提下,規劃出更為合理的高等教育發展計劃。
This study analyze the current situation of cultivation in Higher education and manpower requirements in labor market in Taiwan, and explore the relationship between the two through a literature review and a statistical analysis. The main findings are as follows: First, Business and Administration, Engineering and Humanities have the largest numbers of college graduates, and Computing and Health are becoming more and more popular. Second, there are still plenty of positions in business and administration as well as in law, educational and computing positions for graduates of higher education. Third, the types of cultivation in Higher education and types of manpower required in the labor market are similar. The result shows that areas with high manpower requirements do not offer the best chance of employment; however, improving the level of education can increase the opportunity of being employed. Last but not the least, supply and demand between cultivation in Higher education and manpower requirements in the labor market are unbalanced. Based on these findings, suggestions are offered for educational authorities and institutions.
