家庭資源與家庭和諧對生育意願影響之研究

摘要

臺灣人口受到少子化及高齡化社會變遷的影響，從2000年千分之1.68到達頂峰後就逐年下降，直到2009年臺灣出生率竟然創全球新低，表示隨著社會變遷家庭功能也逐漸轉型，政府為了避免人口結構失衡，逐漸重視正式及非正式支持系統對於生育意願之影響。本研究目的就是要在這樣的背景下，家庭和諧對生育意願的影響，以及家庭互動與家庭資源對生育意願的影響。
研究為求控制時間變化，使用2005至2006 年之中央研究院「華人家庭動態資料庫」資料進行研究，運用多層次分析（multilevel analysis）成長模型，分析每位樣本的家庭資源與關係互動隨年齡變化的情形，並放入生育意願各項影響因素，瞭解不同因素對生育意願產生差異結果。研究發現結果如下：（一）家務投入時數與生育意願呈現負相關，表示當家務投入時數越多，生育意願越低。（二）同住人口與生育意願呈現負相關，表示當家中同住人口數越多，生育意願越低。（三）與父親感情與生育意願呈現負相關，表示與父親的感情越好，生育意願越低。（四）與配偶感情與生育意願呈現正相關，表示與配偶的感情越好，生育意願越高。
針對研究結果，提出政策相關建議：針對家務分工：由於家務投入時數與生育意願呈現負向關係，因此家務投入時數越高則生育意越越低，建議各縣市政府的家庭教育中心可多舉辦家庭分工相關輔導課程並定期徵求家務分工的相關經驗蒐集製作成部落格讓許多新婚夫妻能夠學習其中經驗，以改善家務分工之困境，讓家務能更有效率的完成，以提高生育意願。（一）針對同住人口：建議政府可加強正式支持系統，以彌補非正式支持系統之不足。（二）針對與配偶感情：建議民眾可善用家庭教育中心資源參與婚姻諮商，以提升生育意願。（三）針對家務分工：建議各縣市政府家庭教育中心可多舉辦家庭分工相關輔導課程並定期徵求家務分工的相關經驗蒐集製作成部落格讓許多新婚夫妻能夠學習其中經驗，以改善家務分工之困境，讓家務能更有效率的完成，以提高生育意願。

In order to control the time of change, the use of panel study of family dynamics from 2005 to 2006 research data. Research methods use multi-level analysis growth model.
Research findings are as follows: (a) Hours of housework into a negative correlation with fertility will. (B) Population will live with a negative correlation with birth. (C) With the wishes of his father feeling a negative correlation with birth. (D) Feelings with their spouses will positively correlated with birth.
