摘要

本研究旨在探討休閒農業區關鍵成功因素。研究應用灰關聯理論與方法針對休閒農業區之不確定性及資訊之不完整性，進行系統的關連分析及模型建構。同時結合行政院農業委員會休閒農業區評鑑要點之指標內容，以品牌形象、行銷策略、產品特色創意、組織運作、區內可及性、人力資源、地方參與、營運成效、解說導覽、自然文化資源、顧客服務、網路資訊、環境設施維護管理等面向，並從業界、輔(督)導單位、學界的角度探討休閒農業區關鍵成功因素。研究之目的包含：(1)彙整歸納分析國內對於一般休閒產業相關關鍵成功因素之研究結果；(2)檢視業界、輔(督)導單位、學界的觀點以比較不同關係族群對休閒農業區關鍵成功因素觀點之差異；(3)透過「灰關聯分析」量化方式，取得各個權重值，進而找出關鍵成功因素間的關聯度，以建構初步的休閒農業區關鍵成功因素等。研究藉由Matlab平台及spss統計軟體分析上述問卷回收之調查資料，以南投縣經行政院農業委員會核定之休閒農業區為研究對象，分別找出由業界、輔(督)導單位、學界觀點之休閒農業區關鍵成功因素，並以此綜合建構出同時符合業界、輔(督)導單位、學界之休閒農業區關鍵成功因素及指標，作為休閒農業區擬訂策略，以及提供政府在輔導休閒農業區之政策上參考。

This study explored the critical success factors of leisure agriculture areas. In this study,Grey Relational Analysis Theory was applied to analyze data and to identify the critical success factors of leisure agriculture areas. By Combining the Council of Agriculture’s leisure agriculture areas evaluation points and the agricultural areas management performance evaluation indicators in Ilan County, indicators include brand image, marketing strategy, product characteristics, innovation, organizational operation, local access, human resources, local participation, operating results, guided tours, natural and cultural resources, customer service, network information, environment and facilities maintenance were adopted in this study. Perspectives from the industry, the public sectors and the academic were collected and analyzed to construct the key success factors of leisure agricultural areas. Matlab platform and software SPSS statistical software were applied to analyze data, and the results can be used for operators of Leisure Agricultural areas while planning their development strategies. The Public sector can also apply the research result to better consulting opinions and assistance for Leisure Agricultural areas.
