學生的校外實習體驗價值、社會資本與生活幸福感、職涯自我效能之關聯性研究-以餐旅相關科系為例

摘要


校外實習可使學生提早體驗職場,建立正確工作態度,增加學生就業機會,減少企業職前訓練成本,以及儲備就業人才。而多元的人際關係網絡則有利於工作的資訊與資源的獲得,且快樂的人較能應付生活中各式各樣的挑戰,並有助於提升個人未來在職涯發展上的競爭力。現今勞動市場變化劇烈,職涯發展型態趨向多元化與彈性化,本研究認為學生面臨職涯發展、任務和挑戰時,他們可透過職涯自我效能之提升及正向積極的態度來獲得成功,並且同時提高對工作環境的適應力及面對挫折的高度忍受力,進而有益於他們順利地投入職場。因此,本研究主要探討校外實習學生的體驗價值、與職場人際關係有關之社會資本、在生活上的幸福感受,以及職場自我效能的提升等研究變項和構面之關係。並以全國餐飲(旅)相關科系已完成校外實習之學生為研究對象,採問卷調查方式,發出問卷680份,回收617份,有效回收數592份,有效回收率87.05%。研究結果顯示:1.在個人背景變項方面,不同性別在社會資本上有顯著差異,呈現女性的社會資本高於男性的社會資本;2.體驗價值、社會資本、生活幸福感與職涯自我效能等構面兩兩之間皆有顯著中度正向關係;3.體驗價值對於社會資本有顯著影響,體驗價值各構面中以「內在性價值」對社會資本影響最大;4.生活幸福感對職涯自我效能有顯著影響,且生活幸福感對職涯自我效能「自信心」之構面影響最大;5.體驗價值與社會資本對生活幸福感均有顯著影響,且以體驗價值對生活幸福感的影響性最大。6.體驗價值與社會資本對職涯自我效能均有顯著影響,並以體驗價值對職涯自我效能的影響性最大。本研究最後提出具體的結論與建議,以供餐飲(旅)技職校院規劃校外實習課程之參考。

Nowadays we take the stand that internship may give students experience in the workplace and consequently create a correct working attitude earlier, let students obtain the actual working capability sooner and thus reduce employee’s pre-work trailing costs. We also believe that the diversity of interpersonal networks is helpful to obtaining information for work and access to resources, and that happy people can do better in coping with all kinds of challenges in life, which may help enhance their competitiveness in each individual’s career development. Now that the labor market is changing rapidly and the forms of career development tend to be diversified and flexible, we believe that when students face the need for career development with tasks and challenges, they can do successfully as a result of their enhancing self-efficacy and positive attitude, and at the same time enhance their resilience against bad environment and setbacks to pave a smooth way for joining the workplace in future. The thesis primarily attempts to study how the experience value of student’s internship, their social capital in the workplace, their life happiness, and career self-efficacy mutually affect each other among themself. The study takes students in Taiwan who are major in hospitality management and have completed internship training as the representing population. Random data for questionnaire survey are obtained. We have distributed questionnaires to 680 respondents and finally got 592 valid returns. The return rate with valid response is 87.05%. The results after a careful statistical analysis are as the following: (1) Different genders have significant difference in social capital, where women’s social capital is higher than men’s. (2) Experience value, social capital, life happiness and career self-efficacy are among themself significantly and positively related at moderate magnitude. (3) Experience value has a significant impact on social capital, where the subfacet "intrinsic value" has the greatest impact on social capital. (4) Life happiness has a significant impact on career self-efficacy, in which life happiness has the greatest impact on subfacet "self-confidence" in career self-efficacy. (5) Both experience value and social capital have significant impact on life happiness, where experience value has greater impact on life happiness. (6) Each of experience value and social capital has a significant impact on career self-efficacy, where experience value has greater impact on the career self-efficacy. Finally, practical conclusions and suggestions are proposed as reference for plan on Hospitality Vocational Education in technological colleges to help in setting internship courses.
