許多理論與實證文獻都發現社經地位、生活型態對生活品質具有影響,本研究即以國內教師類型中的大學校院教師為研究族群,嘗試探討以及驗證此族群社經地位、休閒生活型態與生活品質之間的關係。資料來源以「中部大學教師休閒生活型態與生活品質關係調查問卷」進行非隨機便利抽樣,實得有效問卷218份,有效回收率81.34%。經由探索性因素分析,可將中部大學教師區分成「靜態消遣者」、「渡假旅遊者」、「運動放鬆者」、以及「資訊導向者」等四類。透過AMOS結構方程式驗證社經地位、休閒生活型態與生活品質三者關係,獲得良好的整體模型配適度。研究結果發現: 1、大學教師的社經地位與休閒生活型態,同時對整體生活品質有正向且直接影響。 2、大學教師的社經地位對於休閒生活型態沒有顯著的影響。 3、休閒生活型態對於生活品質中的「心理」、「社會關係」、以及「環境」三範疇具有正向直接的影響,而社經地位對於生活品質中的「社會關係」與「環境」二範疇也具有正向直接之影響;但社經地位與休閒生活型態兩者,對於生活品質的「生理健康」範疇則無顯著影響。
A lot of researches have found that socioeconomic status and leisure lifestyle have affections on quality of life. This study investigates the relationships among socioeconomic status, leisure lifestyle and quality of life of academics in Mid Taiwan. According to 218 effective questionnaires, this study use factor analysis to assort academics in Mid Taiwan into four leisure lifestyles as “static-recreationists”, “vacation-travelers”, “sport-relaxationists” and “information-orientationists”. Using AMOS 4.0 (Analysis of Moment Structure) to analysis the relationships among socioeconomic status, leisure lifestyle and quality of life of academics in Mid Taiwan, there is a good fit measure result. The research results are following: 1. The socioeconomic status and leisure lifestyle of academics in Mid Taiwan both have directly positive affections on quality of life. 2. The socioeconomic status of academics in Mid Taiwan has no significantly affections on leisure lifestyle. 3. The leisure lifestyle has directly positive affections on three domains of quality of life; they are “Psychological”, “Social Relationships” and “Environment”. The socioeconomic status has directly positive affections on two domains of quality of life; they are “Social Relationships” and “Environment”. But the leisure lifestyle and socioeconomic status have both no significantly affections on the “Physical” domain of quality of life.
