Leisure Activity Types and Leisure Constraints of Dentists

摘要

本研究旨在探討休閒阻礙與休閒活動類型為主要目的，針對於私人診所執業的牙醫師進行研究調查，了解其在休閒活動類型的選擇，與影響其參與休閒之阻礙因素，以及個人變項之間的關係，並透過研究結果將牙醫師的休閒活動類型做分群說明。 本研究採用問卷調查方式，使用的問卷為「休閒活動類型量表」及「休閒阻礙量表」，針對全台369位於私人診所執業的牙醫師進行調查，並以SPSS10.0版統計軟體進行分析。研究方法包括交叉分析、Pearson積差相關分析、因素分析及集群分析。研究結論說明如下：
一、由休閒活動類型方面來看，私人診所執業的牙醫師最常參與的休閒活動類型以「娛樂型」為主，第二類最常被參與的活動為「社交型」，第三類參與的活動則為「運動健身型」。
二、在休閒阻礙因素的部分，影響私人診所執業的牙醫師參與休閒活動的阻礙因素類型為「結構性阻礙」居多；其次為「人際間阻礙因素」，影響程度較低者為「個人內在阻礙因素」。
三、由阻礙因素與休閒活動類型方面來看，研究結果顯示當個人內在阻礙因素影響牙醫師愈大時，參與社交型活動的機會就愈小，對戶外旅遊型的活動的參與程度愈低；當人際間阻礙因素影響牙醫師愈大時，牙醫師參社交型活動的機會就愈小；當結構性阻礙愈大時，牙醫師參與運動健身型、社交型活動及戶外郊遊型活動的程度就愈低。
四、綜合以上的分析結果，可將私人診所執業的牙醫師分成不同特性的群組，並綜合所有的分析結果，說明其所表現出來在休閒活動類型選擇上的不同特性。

The main purpose of this study is to understand the types of leisure activities and leisure constraints of dentists for, such as dentists work in the personal clinic, and correlations between the different personal backgrounds we investigated. We group the results of types of leisure activities into different types and explain them.
The questionnaire was facilitated in the investigation process. We investigated 369 dentists working in the personal clinic of Taiwan, and analyzed in SPSS 10.0 with statistic methods including cross analysis, Person Product-moment correlation, Factor analysis and Cluster analysis. The main results were shown as follows:
1. Among the five factors concerning of participating leisure activities, the amusement type obtains the highest involvement. Then it goes from social contact type and exercise type.
2. The first reason of leisure constraints of the dentist comes from structural constraints, then it goes from interpersonal constraints. The intrapersonal constraints is the last.
3. The more intrapersonal const rains which affect the dentists, the less participation in social contact activity and outdoors activity. The more interpersonal constraints between dentists, the less participation in social contact type. When the dentist have to face much more structural constraints, they also do the same less paticipation in exercise type, social contact type and outdoors type activities.
4. We group the private clinic dentists according our data into different types. We combined with all results, and described different particulars of the private clinic dentists in participating leisure activities.
