The Effect of Beach Volleyball Coach Leadership Behavior on Players' Behavior

The purpose of this study was to explore the effect of beach volleyball coach leadership on players' behaviors. This study administrated the method of literature analysis to induce and arrange the related researches and proposed some suggestions. The conclusions were: beach volleyball coach leadership could affect players' achievement behavior, and this study could offer some references for the beach volleyball team.
