利用疊紋放大原理應用光柵立體印刷套準之研究

The Study for Property of Moire Magnifier Apply to the Overprint Precision of Lenticular Printing

摘要


本文提出利用疊紋放大原理應用在光柵立體印刷套準,不必用高倍的放大鏡做印刷套準工具,直接用肉眼來判定四色套準問題,同時其判定精確度可達到目前印刷機所能調整最小精度範圍,因立體印刷套準精度要求很高要達到0.01mm以下,採用疊紋方法可讓印刷操作者可以快速判斷與調整印刷套準,本實驗採用三種目前市面常用光柵板材料,及採用特別設計的疊紋套印標記,疊紋放大倍率從25倍到158倍,從實驗結果得到利用疊紋技術確能有效來控制立體印刷套準問題,同時也得知放大倍率越高精度越高,但是疊紋影像相對越模糊而且所需要放置疊紋套印標記空間也要越大,所以要採用多少倍率最合適,要依照印刷的實際情況來決定。

This paper proposed that property of moire magnifier apply to the overprint precision of lenticular printing. It does not need the high power magnifying glass to make overprint precision of printing, but judge four color overprint precision of printing problem directly with the naked eye, simultaneously its precision judging may reach the smallest precision that current printer can set. Due to overprint precision of lenticular printing requires a high accuracy within 0.01mm, using property of moire magnifier method will enable the operator to judge and adjust overprint precision of printing fast. This experiment uses three kinds of lenticular materials that are commonly used in current market and uses special design of moire pattern mark, the moire magnifier ratio is set from 25 times to 158 times. Refer to experimental result, it proves moire technology is able to effectively control the problem of overprint precision of lenticular printing, simultaneously when raising the enlargement ratio the accuracy is higher as well, but relatively moiré pattern image is becoming fuzzier and the bigger space for laying moire pattern mark is needed. Therefore how many ratios of moire magnifiers will be appropriate, it depends on the actual printing situation.
