摘要

企業為大量回收製程用水，需設置乾燥設備，而工作者從事掃除作業過程，產生許多不良姿勢。本研究以作業姿勢，於改善前後，分別採用快速全身評估（REBA）、奧沃科工作評估系統（OWAS）、歐洲人因評估工具檢核表（EAWS）評估個案肌肉骨骼傷害風險等級，結果顯示3種量表使用之必要性，並提供相似作業姿勢進行評量和改善的參考。

Enterprises have to set up drying equipment to recycle a large amount of water used for manufacturing purposes. Several awkward postures occur when workers are engaged in cleaning operations. The current study used Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA), Ovako Working Posture Analysis System (OWAS), and Ergonomic Assessment Worksheet (EAWS) to evaluate the risk level of musculoskeletal injury before and after the improvement. The outcomes indicated that the necessity of utilizing three evaluation assessments and provide a case study for the evaluation and improvement of similar working postures.
