摘要

本研究以澎湖群島作為研究地區，利用問卷調查測量居民主觀的觀光影響認知。研究結果顯示，整體而言，澎湖地區當地居民並未把負面的影響歸咎於觀光客或觀光業。進ㄧ步以因素分析簡化觀光影響認知，利用t-test檢定所從事的行業與觀光影響認知的關聯性。觀光產業與非觀光產業的工作者對正面影響因素認知的差異程度都顯著，然而非觀光產業工作者對這些正面觀光影響的同意程度均較觀光產業工作者為高；而對於負面影響因素，雖然二群體認知差異並不顯著，但非觀光產業工作者認知程度均較觀光產業工作者為高。

This study assesses the tourism impact perception of the residents on the Penghu Islands using the questionnaire survey. The findings indicate that many of these negative impacts are not from tourists or tourism. This research simplifys tourism impact items by factor analysis, and examines the influences of ”tourism industry dependency” on impact perception by t-test. There are significant differences of tourism industry dependency residents and non-tourism industry dependency residents on positive impact perception; however, the agree level of non-tourism industry dependency residents is higher than tourism industry dependency residents. For the negative tourism impacts, although the perceptions are not different significantly, the recognization level of non-tourism industry dependency residents are higher than tourism industry dependency residents.
