The highway is very important for connecting villages and towns. The complex communications of highway is hard to avoid crossing the multitudinous rivers. In august 2000, typhoon BILIS caused the damage of the Kau-pin bridge .This event made the government have no choice but to pay much attention to the problem of the uncovered bridges. The bridges of a main routine are not easy to be dismantled and rebuilt. For this reason, the purpose of this paper is to assess and check the safety of foundation-exposed bridges in Taiwan, and find out the safety coefficients of those bridges. The main purpose of this article is to analyze the safety of foundation-exposed bridges in Taiwan. When the external forces act on the foundation-exposed bridges, what will happen to the bridge with multiple piers? What about the transverse direction of the bridges? What is difference between the case of the single bridge and all bridges? Among the about cases, the method of fast analysis needs to be analyzed further.
