摘要

目前國內對於既有建築物耐震能力的評估方法主要以鋼筋混凝土建築物為對象，對於磚石構造則缺乏系統性的評估方式。為評估磚石造建築物之耐震能力，本研究中根據ASCE7、FEMA-356，以及現行建築物耐震設計規範中動力分析法之精神，探討磚石造建築物在地震中之結構行為，並藉由案例分析研擬一套合理之耐震能力評估及補強方式，以作為日後相關建築物在分析及補強規劃上之參考。

Considering all current certified seismic evaluation methods available in Taiwan are not applicable to unreinforced masonry structures(URM), a seismic analysis was performed based on ASCE7, and the dynamic procedure specified in the Taiwanese Building Code for this type of structures. Through case study on an existing URM building, a seismic evaluation procedure, alone with two retrofit proposals, are developed in this study, which can be use as reference for seismic evaluation of similar buildings.
