摘要

隨著消費力復甦與資訊科技的多元發展，愈來愈多的各種產業者投入住宅裝修市場，並提供不同的經營型態與服務，使客戶們對於住宅裝修型式有多樣的選擇。本研究針對室內設計產業進行競爭力探討，並與問卷調查結果進行驗證分析，藉以瞭解室內設計產業的競爭優勢。
本研究經由SWOT、五力分析與焦點團體訪談結果編製出裝修業者競爭力調查問卷之主要構面，並將訪談資料分析彙整出產業經營現況，藉由產業的經營現況，與裝修業者在裝修表現構面上之調查結果進行驗證分析，調查結果發現：室內設計業與其他裝修業者，在住宅裝修表現的各構面中均有顯著差異，競爭力強度則以室內設計業為最高；人口統計變項在裝修表現的各項構面亦呈現顯著差異，裝潢花費金額愈高者對於「人力素質」愈為重視，金額愈低者則對於「服務品質」較為重視。

With the recovery of consumption and diversified developments in information technology, an increased number of various companies have engaged in the market of house renovation, providing different business modes and services that enable customers to have more choices for house renovation. This study investigated the competitiveness of interior design, and conducted a questionnaire survey to understand the competitive advantages of the interior design industry.
This study used the results of SWOT, Porter's five forces analysis, and focus group interviews to generalize the main aspects of the questionnaire on the competitiveness of renovation service providers. In addition, this study analyzed the interview data to obtain the industrial operating status, and validated the survey results of the renovation service providers on the aspect of renovation. The results showed that there is a significant difference in all aspects between interior design firms and house renovation service providers. The interior design firms have the highest competiveness. Moreover, demographic variables have significant effects on all aspects of renovation performance. Those spending more money on renovation attach greater importance to “personnel quality.” Those spending less money on renovation attach greater importance to “service quality.” Married people concern more about other aspects, including “construction quality and management” and “service quality,” as compared to unmarried people. Those living in apartments are more satisfied with “construction quality and management” and “design and planning,” while those living in multi-story buildings attach greater importance to the aspect of “personnel quality.”
