本論文研製之目的是希望藉由整理整個印刷電路板產業的發展歷程中,分析不同階段的成功個案,找出其成功的關鍵原因。 藉由上列分析得到的結果,希望能供軟性電路板業者參考,是否可複製成功的模式,或可縮短學習曲線,在面臨到相同的困境時,藉以避免錯誤的發生。 本研究使用的研究方法,進行次級資料的收集,並以個案訪問的方式來收集初級資料,接著根據所收集而來的資料,歸納出研究結果,最後提供建議以供相關業者參考。 研究結果顯示,在產業初步發展的階段,穩紮穩打是最好的策略;在成長擴張期,應該要上市募集市場資金,搶當龍頭大廠;至於在產品發展的轉型期,往高階產品或利基性產品發展是不得走的路。
The PCB Industry in Taiwan started from 1969. After 30 years hard work, it became the key component of Taiwanese electronic industry. Now, PCB is in mature stage from the view of product life cycle. It is not with high profit, high growing rate or future any more. The competent strategy changes to “Overall Cost Leadership”, “Differentiation”and “Focus”as Michael E. Poter mentioned. FPC (Flexible Printing Circuit Board) is the future star compare with PCB. More and more suppliers go into this FPC field. FPC and PCB, they are similar. The function is the same, the production procedure is base on same principle. They are positive related. For this reason, suppose that FPC suppliers could refer the experience from PCB suppliers. That is what the article trying to figure out, to find the success point in PCB.
