本研究旨在探討精神科護理人員工作壓力、智謀與憂鬱程度的現況,並探討各變項間之相關性。本研究係採用橫斷式、相關性研究設計,以隨機取樣的方式,選取台灣六所醫學中心從事精神科護理臨床實務工作至少三個月之護理人員共154人,使用結構式問卷進行相關資料的收集。研究工具包括:「人口學特性」、「台灣護理人員壓力量表」、「智謀量表(Resourcefulness Scale)」及「台灣人憂鬱量表」四部分。以描述性統計、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關、線性複迴歸分析等方法進行統計分析。 研究結果顯示,154位醫學中心精神科護理人員壓力量表平均得分為134.09分(SD=56.77),顯示本研究對象有接近中低等程度的工作壓力;智謀量表平均得分為91.21分(SD=12.11),顯示本研究對象有接近中高等程度的智謀程度;憂鬱量表平均得分為10.73分(SD=8.55) ,顯示本研究之精神科護理人員有低程度的憂鬱。此外,工作壓力與憂鬱程度呈顯著正相關(r=.70, P<.001);智謀程度與憂鬱程度接近相關(r=-.15, P=.06);智謀程度與工作壓力呈顯著負相關(r=-.20, P<.05)。人口學特性包括婚姻狀況、服務部門及輪班狀況,在憂鬱程度上有顯著差異。經線性複迴歸分析發現,工作壓力為精神科護理人員憂鬱之重要預測因子,共可解釋變異量為49%。研究結果可提供主管機關研擬與智謀相關的有效介入措施,協助增強精神科護理人員智謀程度、減輕其工作壓力,以降低其憂鬱程度並提升心理健康狀態。
The purpose of this study was to explore the relationships among work stress, resourcefulness, and depression level in psychiatric nurses. A cross-sectional correlation design was used to examine the effect of work stress, resourcefulness and depression level. This study totally recruited 154 psychiatric nurses as subjects from six medical centers in Taiwan. The statistic methods used in this research were as follows: descriptive statistics and inference statistics, such as one-way ANOVA, Person's correlation analysis, and multiple regressions. The finding indicated that the work stress is significantly positively correlated with the depression level (r=.70, P<.001);Resourcefulness is near to negative correlated with the level of depression(r=-.15, P=.06);Resourcefulness is significantly negatively correlated with work stress(r=-.20, P<.05) in psychiatric nurses. In addition, there are significant differences in depression regarding several variables of demographic characteristics such as: marital status, work shift, and work unit. The independent variable (work stress)accounted for 49% of variance of depression. The outcome of this study offers the hospital superintendent to develop effective intervention including resourcefulness skills to enhance psychiatric nurses’ resourcefulness, release their work stress, and improve the mental health level of psychiatric nurses.
