溝通檢核表應用於建築設計之探討

摘要

國內建築師和業主溝通時，對於實務工作中的具體溝通項目，至今尚未有建築相關產業代表的共同意見出現。本研究採用質性分析法，邀請三位國內資深建築師，進行專家訪談，發展出建築設計溝通檢核之五大面向，並製作成結構式問卷，作為德懷術問卷之基礎。隨後選定具有建築相關產業代表性專家共17名，作為德懷術專家小組成員，透過德懷術三回合的問卷，對檢核表項目的重要性和一致性做出適切之評斷，並提出意見說明，建構出適合建築設計基本概念之溝通檢核表，包括「構想」14個題項、「場域」9個題項、「量體」8個題項、「外觀」15個題項及「機能」12個題項，共計58題項。
在不善於提出具體溝通的台灣業界，本研究成果可作為後續相關研究之參考，並提供實務工作之依據，讓建築師和業主彼此有更具體的溝通項目與最佳的合作關係。

Communication is important in Architectural design industry, especially in this not so good in communication culture surroundings between architects and clients such as Taiwan. So far, there are no common opinions between the representatives of Taiwanese architectural industry. The purpose of this research is to investigate the usefulness of the checklist of architectural design.
We invited three well-experienced architects, made into a structured questionnaire through expert interviews. Besides, 17 qualified experts involved in Delphi interview representative experts are selected. Then, By the completion of three times of interviews, the research identify five dimensions as “Concept”, “Site”, “Mass”, “Façade” and “Function” and fifty-eight items of communication checklist. Then, we made an guide book of the “ Communication Checklist Applied in Architectural Design”, it includes 14 items concerning “concept”, 9 items concerning “site “,8 items concerning “mass “, 15 items concerning “facade” and 12 items concerning “function”, totally 58 items in the guide book.
In the arera of Taiwan architects, they do not especially good at pratical communication, we hope the results of this study can be later used as a reference for future studies, and provide global architects the Communication foundations for the practical work. It is of extreme helpful for architects and their clients to have the specific communication and the best cooperation relationship.
