老人住宅環境偏好相關因素研究─以潤福生活新象為例

摘要


隨著人口高齡化及社會型態變遷,未來高齡人口之居住型態,將朝向多型態的安養方式發展;為提供經濟能力較高、日常生活能自理之老人有理想的養老方式,「老人住宅」為新的老年安養型態,內部設備及住宅設計需配合老人身心狀況,及所需的各種服務規劃設計,因此探討老人居住環境設計成為建築及室內設計領域重要的課題;但台灣目前老人住宅案例很少,更少有探討與老人生活息息相關之室內環境設計現況檢討與入居老人使用後評估。為了解中高收費之老人住宅,入居者對室內環境設計之空間規劃及細部設計的偏好及滿意情形;希望達到以下目的1.尋找影響老人住宅室內實質環境滿意度之評估因素。2.分析潤福入居者使用室內實質環境後之滿意度與偏好情形。3.解讀入居者實際體驗室內實質環境後對於潤福的認同與預測力。 本研究以淡水潤福生活新象為研究個案,將評量潤福生活新象入居老人的環境偏好因素之工具分為五部份,分別為:1.選擇因素調查表2.室內環境組成元素量表 3.安全照顧系統量表4.認同感量表5.個人屬性資料表;對入居老人進行問卷調查。本研究將問卷結果進行量化研究,結果發現:1.對於室內環境組成元素,入居者最滿意的是「大廳氛圍」因素。2.對於安全照顧系統入居者最滿意的是「生命保全系統」因素。3.入居者有極高之認同感。4.室內環境組成元素及安全照顧系統各因素間及與認同感,呈現中度以上正相關,顯示室內環境確實有相當程度影響入居者的認同感。5.入居老人對淡水潤福生活新象認同感的預測變項為:「生命保全系統」、「年齡70歲以上」與「月生活費9,999元以下」以上3種變項,可用來預測入居者對於潤福認同感35.1﹪的變異量;其中以「生命保全系統」可預測的變異量佔總預測量的94﹪。本研究最後根據研究結果,提出建議,以作為未來老人住宅室內設計規劃設計之參考。

As aging population increases and society evolves, housing for the senior segment will diversify in variety types. “Senior residence” is an emerging way of living to those of more affluent means and capable of managing on their own a preferred way of enjoying their remaining days. The interior facilities and furnishing along with the ancillary services of such homes are designed to suit their physical and psychological needs, making the relevant designing in environment, architecture and interior a critical issue. Regrettably Taiwan has few senior home projects, and less still in research of such interior designing so intricately relevant to the elderly daily living and Post-occupancy evaluation. To understand mid-to-high charge senior housing residents’ preferences and levels of satisfaction with interior environment, space planning and detailed interior furnishing, the study sought to achieve the following objectives: 1) locate factors of satisfaction with senior residence interior; 2) analyse Ruen-fu New Life residents’ satisfactions and preferences of the interior environment after occupancies; 3) interpret the residents’ identification with Ruen-fu New Life and predictability. The study used Tamsui Ruen-fu New Life complex as the case study, and employed five tools for locating the residents’ environmental preference factors, including: 1) factor survey scale; 2) interior component scale; 3) safety and care system scale; 4) identification scale; 5) personal information scale in conducting questionnaire survey of the residents. The questionnaire results were subjected to quantitative analysis that discovered the following findings: 1.In the interior components, the residents were most satisfied with ‘lobby ambiance”. 2.In safety care system, “life security system” received greatest approval. 3.The residents presented strikingly high identification. 4.The correlations between interior components and safety care system and identification proved above mid-level positive, indicating interior components considerably influenced the residents’ identification. 5.The prediction variables to Ruen-fu New Life residents’ identification were “life security system”, “aged over 70 years”, and “monthly living expenses under NT$9,999, which was amenable to 35.1% discrepancy in the residents’ identification. Of which, the predictable discrepancy of “life security system” accounts for 94% of the total projection. The study makes suggestions in the end based on the case study findings that may contribute to future interior design planning of senior residences.
