企業資源規劃系統快速導入之探討

摘要


台灣的企業在導入ERP(企業資源規劃)系統的專案方面,從1990 年代末期為因應Y2K 的問題而蓬勃發展,到現在已漸趨退燒;但這是否代表ERP 的導入就不再重要了呢? 事實上企業為了增強競爭力,無不希望擁有一套功能強大的ERP 系統,正因為如此ERP 系統從前幾年的大企業才願花大錢導入,慢慢演變成中小企業也願意投資做ERP 的導入,只是因為企業相對而言規模較小資源有限,故ERP 的快速導入越形重要。 因此本研究將探討ERP 的快速導入關鍵成功因素,進而建構出快速導入的模型。 本研究首先搜尋傳統ERP 導入的方法、關鍵成功要素及快速導入定義等之相關文獻,進而分析整理出ERP 快速導入的步驟與關鍵成功因素;再針對實務案例公司進行問卷調查;再利用模糊分析層級程序法(FAHP)分析問卷資料,根據調查結果找出影響ERP 快速導入的關鍵成功因素的權重順序;再以IDEF0 建構快速導入基本模型,並將快速導入關鍵成功因素融入模型之中。藉由案例公司在三個月內完成上線作業,驗證此模型之可行性。 希望本研究建立的模型對想要利用快速導入ERP 的企業能有所幫助。

ERP (enterprise resources planning) mplementation projects were very boomingin the last few years in the 1990’s for Taiwan’s enterprises due to the Y2K problems.Nowadays, it is not as hot as before. Is it representing that the ERP system is notimportant now? As a matter of fact, for increasing the competitive strength, most enterprises hope to have an even powerful ERP system. Thus, not only big enterprises, but also small and medium enterprises (SMEs) are willing to pay for implementing an ERP system. However, the competition is always there for any size nterprises, therefore, apid implementation of ERP is very essential. This motivates our study to explore the key successful factors of ERP rapid implementation and create an ERP rapid implementation model. First, this study surveys ERP implementation methodology, key successful factors and definition of rapid implementation. From the information surveyed, this study gives steps for rapid implementing ERP and key successful factors. Second, a questionnaire is prepared for collecting information regarding key successful factors for ERP rapid implementation from the ERP team members of a company for case study. Then, analyze data with the method of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) to find out the rank of each factor. Third, use the IDEF0 method with those factors to build up an ERP rapid implementation model. From the case study, using the model the implementation time is controlled within three months, which meets the target and gives evidence that this model is feasible. We believe that this model can serve as a reference for those enterprises who want to rapid implementing ERP.
