摘要

自從 2000 年通過國內證券交易法第二十八條之二後，並於同年 8 月 7 日財 政部證券暨期貨市場發展基金會公布『上市櫃公司買回本公司股份辦法』開放企 業於公開市場買回庫藏股。由於我國實施庫藏股制度 16 年，仍缺乏討論改善， 導致許多企業實施庫藏股制度來影響股價、財務數字來影響投資人投資決策，本 研究即為填補文獻缺口。

The Securities and Futures Institute announced the Regulation Governing Share Repurchase by Exchange-Listed and OTC-Listed Companies after the government implemented the Article 28-2 of Securities and Exchange Act in 2000. Because of the Treasury shares has been lack of discussion for 16 years, many companies use it to influence stock price and financial reports. As a result, investors’s strategy is affected by the Treasury shares. The main purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of Treasure Shares Purchase.
