本研究旨在探討桃園縣國民中學教職員知覺校長知識領導與學校效能之現況,進而分析不同變項之桃園縣國民中學教職員知覺校長知識領導與學校效能是否有顯著差異,並探討校長知識領導與學校效能之相關性及校長知識領導對學校效能之預測力。 本研究採用問卷調查法,以「國民中學校長知識領導與學校效能關係調查問卷」作為研究工具,以桃園縣公、私立國民中學之教職員為研究對象,共抽取桃園縣公私立國民中學40所學校,798位教職員為研究樣本,實際有效樣本為700位,問卷可用率為87.7﹪。問卷所得資料運用統計套裝軟體 SPSS for Windows 12.0版進行描述性統計、t考驗、ANOVA分析、薛費(Scheff´e)事後考驗、皮爾遜積差相關、典型相關以及多元迴歸分析等統計方法進行資料分析。研究結果如下: 一、桃園縣國民中學教職員知覺校長知識領導之現況屬中上程度。 二、桃園縣國民中學教職員知覺學校效能之現況屬中上程度。 三、不同性別、年齡、服務年資、擔任職務、學校規模及學校歷史之國民中學教職員對校長知識領導的知覺有顯著差異。 四、不同性別、年齡、服務年資、擔任職務及學校地區之國民中學教職員對學校效能的知覺有顯著差異。 五、校長知識領導與學校效能具有高度正相關,亦呈現顯著典型相關。 六、校長知識領導中以「整合知識資源」對整體學校效能最具預測力。 根據以上研究結果,對教育行政主管機關、學校、教職員及未來研究者提出具體建議,以供參考。
The purpose of this study is to investigate the current status of the teachers’ perception of junior high school principles’ knowledge leadership and effectiveness in Taoyuan County. The analysis of the differences among the teachers with different background variables about their perception of junior high school principles’ knowledge leadership and effectiveness is also the aim. Finally, the relationship between these two main elements and the prediction ability of how principles’ knowledge leadership influence effectiveness is studied. The research is conducted through a questionnaire survey. “The Relationship between Junior High School Principals’ Knowledge Leadership and Effectiveness Questionnaire” is designed to collect data. Both public and private junior high school teachers of Taoyuan County are the research target of this study. There are total 798 teachers from 40 junior high schools taken as samples in this study, and 700 of them are considered valid, which is 87.7%. With the application of software of SPSS 12.0 for windows, the sampling is analyzed with average, standard deviation, t-test, One –way ANOVA, Scheffé procedure, Pearson correlation analysis, Canonical correlation and Multiple stepwise regression. Conclusions obtained in this study are as in the followings: 1. The current status of the teachers’ perception of junior high school principles’ knowledge leadership in Taoyuan County is above medium level. 2. The current status of the teachers’ perception of junior high school effectiveness in Taoyuan County is above medium level. 3. Junior high school teachers with different gender, age, service years, job position, school scale, and school history significantly differ in the perception of principles’ knowledge leadership. 4. Junior high school teachers with different gender, age, service years, job position, and school location significantly differ in the perception of school effectiveness. 5. There is a significant positive correlation and canonical correlation between principles’ knowledge leadership and school effectiveness. 6. Among the principles’ knowledge leadership, “the integration of knowledge resource"has the highest predictability to the effectiveness of school. According to the above research conclusions, the suggestions are proposed to be used as reference by educational administrated institutions, schools, teachers, and researchers in the future.
