摘要


國民小學校長正向領導、學校組織健康與教師效能關係之研究-以桃園縣為例 摘 要 本研究旨在探討我國國民小學校長正向領導、學校組織健康與教師效能關係之現況,分析不同背景變項之差異與相關情形,並瞭解三者因果關係及桃園縣各鄉鎮在上述變項得分群聚情形。 本研究以問卷調查法及訪談法進行研究,問卷調查對象為桃園縣國民小學教師為研究母群,將問卷回收的112所學校,有效樣本1036份,以描述性統計、t考驗、F考驗、積差相關、結構方程式與階層集群分析等統計方法進行資料分析,並編製訪談大綱,訪談八位桃園縣現職教師,而獲致以下結論: 壹、桃園縣國民小學校長正向領導、學校組織健康與教師效能之現況佳。 貳、不同背景變項之教師對校長正向領導、學校組織健康與教師效能知覺有所不同。 参、校長正向領導、學校組織健康與教師效能呈現高度正相關。 肆、校長正向領導、學校組織健康對教師效能具有預測力。 伍、校長正向領導、學校組織健康與教師效能三者間具有因果關係。 陸、桃園縣各鄉鎮市國民小學在校長正向領導、學校組織健康與教師效能有群聚關係。

A Study on the Relationships among Elementary School Principal’s Positive Leadership, School’s Organizational Health and Teacher Efficacy:Taoyuan County as an Example Abstract This study is aimed to explore the relationships among elementary school principals positive leadership, school’s organizational health and teacher efficacy: Taoyuan County as an example. The approach adopted questionnaires and using stratified random sampling to investigate 1036 samples that include teachers from 112 schools. Collecting data were analyzed by the statistical methods of descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation, canonical correlation, and SEM and cluster analysis. In order to strengthen the research, selecting eight people to interview. The conclusions are as follows: 1.The principals positive leadership, schools’ organizational health and teacher efficacy perceived by the teachers from elementary schools in Taoyuan County are all significantly above theoretical average. 2.Teachers with different background variables have significantly different perception in principal’s positive leadership, school’s organizational health and teacher efficacy. 3.There is a positive correlation between every two variables of principal’s positive leadership, school’s organizational health and teacher efficacy. 4.Principal’s positive leadership, school’s organizational health has the significant prediction toward teacher efficacy. 5.School’s organizational health is a moderate variable between principal’s positive leadership and teacher efficacy. 6.In Taoyuan County, every county city, township and town presents in different groups in this research with fore variable scores.
