本研究主要探討師傅職場溝通能力與學生實務學習成效之關係。本研究之研究目的有五:(一)探討產學合作學生認知師傅職場溝通與學生實務學習成效之情況。(二)瞭解不同背景變項產學合作學生認知師傅職場溝通之差異情形。(三)瞭解不同背景變項產學合作學生在實務學習成效之差異情形。(四)瞭解師傅與學生認知職場溝通能力之差異情形。(五)分析產學合作學生認知師傅職場溝通與學生實務學習成效之關係。(六)探討學生認知師傅職場溝通能力對其實務學習成效之預測作用。本研究之研究工具為參考國內外相關文獻所編制之結構式問卷,問卷內容包含個人基本資料、職場溝通能力調查量表及實務學習成效調查量表。研究對象是於中部精密機械產業實習之高職與科大學生,共235人(72位師傅與163位學生)參與此研究。所得問卷資料以SPSS 18.0軟體,進行平均值、標準差、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、Pearson積差相關、多元迴歸等統計分析。 資料分析結果歸納之結論如以下五點: 一、師傅與學生認知職場溝通能力具備中上程度,但學生認知低於師傅認知。 二、學生實務學習成效已達到良好程度,其中以「技能領域」層面最佳。 三、學生認知師傅職場溝通能力會因年齡、學歷、實習計畫與公司規模的不同而有顯著差異。 四、學生實務學習成效會因年齡、學歷、實習計畫與公司規模的不同而有顯著差異。 五、學生認知師傅職場溝通能力愈高,其實務學習表現越好,且整體具有預測力。
This research aims at evaluating the relationship between mentors' communication skills and interns' practical learning effectiveness. The main purposes of this research are as follows:analyzing the situation of mentors' communication skills and interns' practical learning effectiveness, understanding the difference of demographic data on mentors' communication skills from interns' perception and interns' practical learning effectiveness. Understanding the difference of communication skills from mentors' and interns' perception. Figuring out the correlations between mentors' communication skills from interns' perception and interns' practical learning effectiveness and exploring the predictive ability toward interns' practical learning effectiveness based on mentors' communication skills from interns' perception. Based on the suggestions of research literatures, a structural questionnaire contains personal information, mentors' communication skills questionnaire and interns' practical learning effectiveness questionnaire served as research tool in this study. This research subjects were 235 respondents (72 mentors and 163 interns from the vocational high school and university of science and technology) who are in Central Taiwan Precision Machinery Industries. The collected data were processed by SPSS 18.0 software package with descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation), t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation and regression analysis method. The results revealed are as follows: 1. Above-average satisfactory of communication skills from mentors' and interns' perception, especially mentors' perception higher than interns' perception. 2. Average satisfactory of interns' practical learning effectiveness, especially in the dimension of skills. 3. The factors that influence mentors' communication skills from interns' perception are age, education, intern plans and scale of company. 4. The factors that influence interns' practical learning effectiveness are age, education, intern plans and scale of company. 5. Communication skills from interns' perception show better toward their satisfactory of practical learning effectiveness. All dimensions are significant predictive factors.
