校護工作壓力與休閒運動參與之研究-以臺北市國中小學為例

Study of School Nurses' Working Pressure in Relation to Their Recreation Sports Participation—Examples from Elementary and Junior High Schools in Taipei City

摘要

本研究之主要目的，在瞭解臺北市國中小學校護工作壓力及休閒運動參與之現況，比較不同背景變項之校護在工作壓力、休閒運動參與的差異情形，並探討工作壓力、休閒運動參與之相關情形。研究以99學年度服務於臺北市國中小學之校護為研究對象，問卷調查採普測方式，共發出251份問卷，回收有效問卷241份，有效回收率為96.01％。所得資料使用SPSS for Windows 12.0統計軟體進行分析，包括描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、雪費法事後檢定、Dunnett T3、皮爾森積差相關法等統計方法進行資料處理。研究結果發現，校護工作壓力屬於中等偏高；休閒運動參與程度偏低；不同背景變項之校護感受工作壓力程度具有顯著差異；不同背景變項之校護休閒運動參與程度具有顯著差異；臺北市國中小學校護工作壓力與休閒運動參與程度無顯著相關。本研究提供確切的數據，以供臺北市國中小學校護及行政主管單位重視適宜的工作壓力管理與休閒運動規劃，以促進校護之身心健康。

The purpose of the study is to interpret the current condition of New Taipei City (Elementary and Junior High School) school nurse’ working pressure and their leisure sports participation, to compare the differences of school nurse’ working pressure and leisure sports participation under different background variants, and to explore the relationship between them. The study samples drew from 251 New Taipei City Elementary and Junior High School nurses, divided by12 districts as the Department of Education, Taipei City. The questionnaire was designed as a general survey. All the information obtained in the questionnaire were analyzed by SPSS 12.0 for Windows, such as frequency distribution, t-test, one-way ANOVA , Scheffe method, Dunnett T3 and Pearsons product-moment correlation. The study result showed that firstly, school nurses scale high-medium in working pressure, Secondly, school nurses overall had low leisure sports participation. Thirdly, school nurses under different background variants also reflected the differences on feeling working pressure and leisure sports participation. In fact, working pressure and leisure sports participation showed no significant relevance. Thus, the study provided precise data as reference for Taipei City Elementary and Junior High School nurse and executive authorities departments to place importance on the working pressure management and leisure sports scheme, so as to promote the health condition of school nurses.
