新榮論述:校園空間規畫與活動課程實踐的創校觀

摘要


本研究主要論述桃園縣新榮小學創校期間(2002-2011)就校園規畫與活動課程的創校實踐觀點。做為一所體制內公立實驗小學之創校者身分,研究者採取詮釋典範的自傳俗民誌(auto-ethnography)做為主要方法取向,對新榮創校歷程進行第一手質性書寫。 本研究撰寫脈絡共計六章。包括:第一章「緒論:故事的開始」,第二章「回眸:文獻在哪裡」,第三章「再生:研究典範與設計」,第四章「恣意:校園空間規畫實驗」,第五章「幸福:活動課程教育實踐」,第六章「回聲:驀然回首」等章節。本研究之具體撰寫目的有四,包括:蒐集整理創校資料、詮釋新榮存在價值、型塑新榮創校體制、論述傳襲後續研究。 根據前述撰寫目的,本研究論述焦點主要為「空間規畫實驗」與「活動課程實踐」兩大面向,且具體陳述於文本四至六章。文本第四章主要論述新榮校園空間規畫實驗作為;包括:意義化、活動化、人文化、生態化、保留化、演繹化等六部分之空間觀。文本第五章主要論述新榮活動課程教育實踐作為,以及其所符應之活動領導教育實踐觀點,包括:戶外、休閒、童軍、露營、探索、環境、團康等七部分之教育觀。文本第六章則主要鋪陳包括親師學生及外部評訪者在內的眾多「他者」對於新榮論述的各種回聲觀點。 做為一所宣稱以「人文課程教育實驗」為設校宗旨的公立學校,新榮創校經驗的存在意義,在於論述在地教育實驗學校的真實存有形式;並透過空間實驗與課程實踐的教育論述價值,展示後現代理想學校的活動課程實踐態樣。研究者基於創校者之傳主身分,透過自傳俗民誌之文本書寫,對自身而言,無疑地經歷了一場藉由書寫而展開的自我反思生命之旅。在多元視域並存的此時,以及新榮創校完成之際,對新榮、對自身而言,格外具有意義。

The research is to discuss “Sheen Zong Experimental School” which was founded in 2002-2011 in Taoyuan County from the views of campus planning and activity curriculum. As a founder of an experimental elementary school in public education system, the researcher adopts the method of auto-ethnography of hermeneutic paradigm and conducts a first-hand qualitative inquiry concerning the founding process of Sheen Zong Experimental School. This study consists of six chapters, including: Chapter 1“Preface: the story begins”; Chapter 2 “Retrospection: literature review”; Chapter 3 “Rebirth: the study of paradigm and the design of the research”; Chapter 4 “Unwinding: an experiment on campus planning”; Chapter 5 “Happiness: the practice of activity curriculum”; and Chapter 6 “Echoing: Looking Back”. The purposes of this research are: 1. Collecting the data at the founding of Sheen Zong Experimental School, 2. Interpreting the values of Sheen Zong Experimental School, 3. Establishing a framework for Sheen Zong Experimental School and 4. Perspectives for further research. According to the forecited purposes, this study focuses on two aspects: the experiment on campus planning and the practice of activity curriculum, which are elaborated from chapters 4 to 6. Chapter 4 chiefly concentrates on the detail of campus planning experiment with meaningful, active, humanistic, ecological, empty and deductive. Chapter 5 illustrates Sheen Zong Experimental School’s practice of activity curriculum behind those activities, including: outdoors, leisure, scouting, camping, adventure, environment and Group-Recreation. Chapter 6 discusses different views collecting from parents, teachers, students and visitors concerning the ideologies that Sheen Zong Experimental School practices. As a public primary school that formed by “Humanistic Educational Experiment”, Sheen Zong’s establishment is to exhibit the true form of local experimental school as well as to demonstrate the educational program of post-modern ideal school through practices of “space planning experiment” and “practice of activity curriculum”. Based on own experience of founding Sheen Zong school, the researcher begins a journey of self-reflection by writing this auto-ethnography essay. In this multiple horizons and at the time the school's formation is drawing to a close, it is truly momentous to the researcher so as to Sheen Zong school.
