本文主要探討蘭陽平原自1980年代以來的社會空間結構化與區域空間型態演變之關係,透過空間結構理論與時空架構的分析,來了解蘭陽平原在經濟發展的過程中,社會變遷所形成的特殊性如何與實質空間型態相互拉扯,交織出今日蘭陽平原獨特的空間形式。首先將1980年代以後蘭陽平原空間結構分為三個歷史階段(1)第一階段1980-1992內聚─落後與虛假工業化發展時期(2)第二階段1993-2005轉化─後工業化時期(3)第三階段2006-2009開放─正式納入北部都會區域雪隧時期,並經由經濟、政治、文化問題各方面來對空間提出一個解釋性的分析;其次根據其結構與再結構的歷程,提出1980年以來蘭陽平原所面臨的重大衝擊與挑戰;最後透過時空架構的討論方式來探討蘭陽平原空間形式演變與特徵,並進一步提出其空間形式,在面對全球化與北宜高速公路通車後,可能造成的地域發展危機與問題。
With reference to theory of spatial structure and time-space framework, this research discusses the relationship between social-spatial structure and the patterns of regional spatial transformation in Lan Yang Plain since the 1980s. In the research the social-spatial structure of the Lan Yang Plain is firstly divided into three historical stages to explore its developments, including (1)the first stage(1993-2005):cohesive─backward and false industrialization period, (2)the second stage (1993-2005):transform ─post-industrial period, and (3)the third stage (2006-2009):open─formally integrated into northern metropolitan period. Secondary, according to the spatial structuring and restructuring process, its reveals the related major challenges and impacts on Lan-Yang Plain. Finally, by using the time-space framework, its further explores the spatial transformation. Furthermore, characteristics of Lan-Yang Plain, and its spatial form, potential crises and problems of regional development caused by globalization and recent construction of the Taipei-Ilan Expressway are also investigated.
