本研究認為技術創新與管理創新具有互補、對立或融合之關係。此動態關係與中國的陰陽哲學具有相似性,故利用陰陽關係探討組織創新。本研究首先利用模糊層級分析法,求其組織創新各構面之相對權重,不同創新構面具有不同的重要度。試以組織創新之雙核心模式及中國哲學之陰陽觀念結合,依據組織創新與陰陽之關係的分析結果了解資訊電子產業組織創新的程度,以陰陽之概念給予組織適當的建議及組織創新未來之走向。 接下來利用科學園區的資訊電子產業為對象,根據產業在組織創新問項的自我評比結合組織創新各構面的重要度,求得每一個產業的技術創新與管理創新的分數。有效分析樣本廠商共138家。本研究分別以因素分析、集群分析、變異數分析等方法驗證廠商組織創新的程度。 研究結果可將廠商依技術創新及管理創新分為三個集群,分為陰陽雙盛群、陰陽中等群及陰陽雙衰群。影響組織創新的因素中之環境構面:環境的不確定性、環境的變動規模、環境的變動頻率、環境的複雜性具有顯著性差異,因此也會影響組織創新。另一方面,組織結構構面之集權化及正式化變項同樣具有顯著性差異。
This study thought that there are complementary, antagonistic and composite relationships between technical innovations and administrative innovations. The dynamic relationships are pretty similar to the Chinese philosophy of Yin / Yang. Therefore, the study uses the relationships between Yin and Yang to probe into organizational innovation. This study use the “fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, fuzzy AHP” as the research method to find the comparative weight of each sections of organizational innovation. Different sections of organizational innovation have different degrees of importance. I link the organizational innovation’s “dual-core model” theory with the “Chinese Yin-Yang thinking”, and then use the analysis results to find the organizational innovation degrees of information electronic industries. And give applicable suggestions about the organizational innovation to the industries with Yin / Yang concepts. The samples of this study are information electronic industries in Hsinchu science park and the effective samples are 138 units. According to the results of self-evaluate of organizational innovation from samples and the importance degrees of each sections of organizational innovation to get the scores of each industry’s technical innovations and administrative innovations. The study uses factor analysis, cluster analysis and variance analysis to verify the degree of firms’ organizational innovations. The main findings of this study are: (1) Samples can be clustered to 3 groups by the degree of technical innovations and administrative innovations. And the 3 groups are “both Yin and Yang are strong”, “both Yin and Yang are medium” and “both Yin and Yang are weak” (2) technical innovations and administrative innovations have significant difference on environment section (environmental uncertainty, environmental change scope, environmental change frequency and environmental complex) and organizational structure section .
