摘要

本研究旨在探討成衣工業製作教學流程於女裝技能檢定訓練之運用，在技能檢定術科考試題考試準備教學上的成效，採用個案究法對研究者發展的教學實施過程進行分析，以了解其成效。研究結果發現成衣工業製作於女裝技能檢定訓練的運用在「課程內容」、「講師教學技術與態度」、「學習成效」、「教師授課與教學互動」皆具有顯著正向影響。
從研究者於質性訪談中深知，成衣工業製作流程於女裝技能檢定訓練之運用出對於學員來說使往後進入職場能夠迅速進入狀況，製作過程也能以有效的速度完成精緻的作品。反之學員也建議在教學的過程當中宜提出製作流程表(文字說明)讓學員更容易熟記，老師在教學當中也應該依據學生們的學習狀況調整進度。

Abstract:
The goal of the research was to investigate the relations about the garment industry manufacturing process applied on the training of skill evaluation exam in ladies’ dressmaking area. The effects of application on teaching preparation of national skill evaluation exam were researched by cases study. The teaching methods and processes were analyzed in order to clarify the teaching achievement. The results were found some significant positive effects in four facts, including course contents, lecturers teaching techniques and attitudes, learning outcomes, and teaching interaction with students.
By qualitative interviews with students, the results displayed that the training of the garment industry manufacturing process applied on the training of skill evaluation exam in ladies’ dressmaking area could benefit students for career adaptation rapidly and completing fine dressing works. Otherwise, students suggested that could be better if teacher providing with words notes of clothing production procedure would help them to keep in mind about course contents. In order to care each student, teacher
should adjust teaching schedule appropriately according to students’ learning situation in the training courses.
