企業共同創新對創新績效之影響

The Effects of Business Co-creation on Inonovation Performance

摘要


國內新創事業近年來雖蓬勃發展,然欲在短期內提升其經營績效,首要任務為積極進行創新活動。面臨此挑戰,新創事業成功的關鍵因素為:有效資源利用、發現機會、與團隊合作。就此,Prahalad(2000,2004,2008)建議企業應與顧客共創競爭力;以及,企業應調整其經營模式,與其它事業體進行共同創新。網路資訊平台具迅速與低成本特性,一般企業會利用網路為溝通工具,然資訊平台對創新績效之具體影響,尚未被發掘。並且,過去文獻多以企業內部創新為對象,鮮少以共同創新為主要探討議題。本研究嘗試發掘企業間共同創新與創新績效間之關係;並進一步探討資訊平台對共同創新與績效關係間之影響。本研究兼採質化與量化方式搜集資料,以SPSS22.0進行統計分析。研究結果顯示,企業間的共同創新會顯著正向影響創新績效;並且,企業間的資訊平台溝通具調節效果,會顯著影響共同創新與創新績效間之關係。

New business formation is quiet popular in Taiwan. To enhance its performance, the primary task is to engage in innovation. Facing this challenge, how to utilize available resources, to explore business opportunities, and to co-op with others, becomes key factor. Prahalad (2000, 2004, 2008) elaborated that business can conduct a co-creation mechanism. Nevertheless, most studies focused on the organization’s innovation rather than co-innovation. Besides, internet information platform is widely used because it is fast and cheap. Most businesses use Internet information platform to communicate with other companies as well as customers. However, the effects of information platform on the co-innovation and innovation performance are unexplored. Therefore, this study tries to explore the relationships between co-innovation and innovation performance. Also, this study investigates the impacts of information platform communication on the relationships between co-innovation and innovation performance. Both qualitative and quantitative methods were used in this research. The statistic results show that co-innovation positively affects innovation performance. Besides, information platform communication plays an important role to enhance the relationship between co-innovation and innovation performance.
