摘要


隨著中醫的蓬勃發展,以脈診儀量測人體脈波的相關研究越來越被重視。由於中醫辨證法以望、聞、問、切等四診為依據,而脈診為切診中主要的內涵,其中以脈診儀量測人體脈形的進行分類。在近代中醫脈診研究中,量測人員以脈診儀器對病人進行脈波的量測,再進一步對量測的脈波進行非入侵式人體量測資訊的分析。因此,本文提出以於影像處理技術為基礎的脈波特徵萃取方法,藉由擷取的脈波特徵資訊,進行比較與分析,以找出不同樣本之間脈波特徵的差異,最後輸出該次測量的分析結果,改進了目前脈診儀器需要中醫師進行結果判讀的問題,並有效減輕中醫師分析大量資料之負擔。

With the rapid development of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), the research of pulse diagnosis measure instrument to measure human’s pulse is important than before. As TCM dialectics of the basis are inspection, listening, smelling examination, inquiry and palpation. Palpation is the main content of the pulse diagnosis. Among, for Conduct Classification the human body Pulse to measurement with pulse diagnosis measure instrument. To the modern of researches at TCM pulse diagnosis, the TCM using pulse diagnosis measure instrument to measurement the pulse of patient, further to analyze of information of the measurements pulse. Therefore, this article propose a method using image processing technique to automatically extract the specific Arterial pulse wave pattern, extract the features of pulse information, using information of pulse features to compare and analyze, to find the difference of pulse features with different sample. Final, output the result of analyze in the measurements. Thus, improve the TCM needed select pulse Paragraph from long measurements in pulse diagnosis measure instrument to analyze the pulse.
