精油之抗細菌與抗真菌活性

Antibacterial and Antifungal Activities of Essential Oils of Plants

摘要


精油對人體健康有害的細菌或是引起食物腐敗及木材腐朽的真菌,已被證實具有良好的抑制作用。本文僅對精油萃取、成分分析、抗菌性試驗及部分樹種具抗菌活性之精油和萜類化合物做一綜合介紹。

The essential oils have been known to be able to inhibit the growth of both the bacteria that harm the human health and the fungi that induce the food putrescence and the wood decay. In this paper, the extraction and analytical methods of essential oils, bioassay, and antimicrobial activities of the wood species as well as their essential oils and terpenoids which have effectiveness against bacteria and fungi were reviewed.
