探討白班護理人員之工作內容及時數分配

本研究之目的是要瞭解某醫學中心內外科病房白班護理人員之工作時數分配。於86年11月1日至87年3月20日，還取六個內外科病房，由觀察員記錄不同之白班護理人員，在白班八小時工作中的工作內容與每項活動時間的花費。以SAS統計方法進行資科之分析整理。結果發現，護理人員的時間分配分別爲直接護理估58.7%，間接護理估27.39%，相關護理佔8.61%，個人使用時間佔5.30%。

The purpose of this study is to understand the time distribution of the day-shift staffs in the ward. The research started since November 1, 1997 and ended until March 20, 1998. Six units, including medical-surgical unit participated in the study. Direct observations of nursing activities were recorded by an observer from 8AM to 5:30 PM daily. Using the SAS analysis method, the study showed direct, indirect related care and personal time were 58.7%, 27.39%, 8.61% and 5.30%.
