台灣肖楠葉部精油之成分與化學多態性分析

Composition and Chemical Polymorphism of Leaf Essential Oils from Calocedrus Macrolepis Var. Formosana

摘要


台灣肖楠(Calocedrus macrolepis var. formosana)為台灣特有的樹種,為了分析台灣肖楠葉部精油之化學品系,本研究萃取了12種來源之台灣肖楠葉子精油,經由氣相層析-質譜儀(GC-MS)分析共鑑定出27種萜類化合物,精油成分以α-Pinene、Limonene、β-Myrcene、β-Caryophyllene 與Caryophyllene oxide為主。利用群團分析,台灣肖楠依據葉部精油成分可分成3種化學品系:Limonene(檸檬烯)型、α-Pinene(α-蒎烯)型與混合型。

Calocedrus macrolepis var. formosana is an endemic tree species of Taiwan. Leaf oils from twelve sources of C. macrolepis var. formosana were obtained by water distillation and their chemical constituents were analyzed by GC-MS. Twenty-seven terpenoids were identified from C. macrolepis var. formosana leaf essential oil. Main constituents in leaf essential oil were α-pinene, limonene, β-myrcene, β-caryophyllene, and caryophyllene oxide. According to the chemical compositions of essential oils, leaf oils of C. macrolepis var. formosana from different sources might be classified into three chemotypes: limonene type, α-pinene type and mixed type by cluster analyses.
