防火劑塗佈處理對合板抗燃效應之評估

摘要


本試驗以柳桉素面合板為材料,依中國國家標準CNS-7614及CNS-8736之規定,以45度燃燒性試驗裝置,分別探討市售防火藥劑PFR-830,FR-30,Pyrolith KD,防火劑-P等及硼素、磷酸氫二銨等無機鹽類對合板抗燃性之改善效能。由試驗結果得知,六種防火藥劑中,以PFR-830及FR-30之抗燃效果最好,其次為磷酸氫二銨,Pyrolith KD,再次之為硼素,防火劑-P效果最差。當吸收量為100g/平方公尺時,以PFR-830及FR-30處理之合板均可達CNS-7614防焰2級之要求;若依CNS-8736之規定,則以PFR-830吸收量50g/平方公尺以上及以磷酸氫二銨或FR-30吸收量100g/平方公尺以上處理之合板,均可通過「防火合板抗燃性檢驗」之合格標準。

Commercial fire retardants including PFR-830, FR-30, Pyrolith KD, FR-P, inorganic salts of boron and diammonium phosphate were applied on plywood surface to protect wood for against fire accident. Forty-five degree flammability tester, Chinese National Standards of 4714 and 8736 were used in the experiment to evaluate the effect of fire resistance on plywood coated with fire retardant. The experimental results revealed that the effect of fire resistance among the six kinds of fire retardants in decreasing order are: PFR-830, FR-30>diammonium phosphate, pyrolith KD>boron>FR-P. While the fire retardants of PFR-830 and FR-30 applied on plywood surface with 100 g/m^2 coating addition, the effect of fire resistance was in accordance with 「Grade 2 Incombustibility」 of the surface flammability test prescribed in CNS-7614. According to the fire retardant requirement of CNS-8736, the coating addition of PFR-830 was more than 50g/m^2 and diammonium phosphate or FR-30 was more than lOOg/m^2 applied on plywood surface, the specimens treated could be passed the standard of 「Test for Flameproof of Fireproof plywood」.
