摘要

本研究的主要目的是檢定柏格氏平衡量表應用於腦中風病人之信度及同時效度。受試者是41位腦中風病人，分別接受柏格氏平衡量表及動作評估量表中的行走能力的評估。
觀察者在一位施測者評估柏格氏平衡量表時同時計分，另一施測者則在一星期內對相同受試者評估柏格氏平街量表來求取施測者間信度；至於施測者內信度，則由同一施測者在一星期內對受試者評估兩次而得。
柏格氏平衡量表的總分與動作評估量表中的行走能力之間的高相關性(r(下標 s)=.81)驗證柏格氏平衡量表具有高度同時效度。主要施測者與觀察者之間的一致性相當高(ICC=.99)，而不同施測者間的一致性中等(ICC=.70)；同一施測者的兩次評估間一致性也很高(ICC=.86)。總體來說，本研究之結果支持柏格氏平衡量表適用於評估腦中風病人的平衡能力。

The purpose of this study was to assess the reliability and concurrent validity of the Berg Balance Scale for the assessment of stroke patients. Forty-one subjects were tested on the Berg Balance Scale and the walking part of the Motor Assessment Scale (MAS).
To assess the inter-rater reliability, an observer was asked to score with the evaluator simultaneously, and the second evaluator was asked to administer the Berg Balance Scale within the following week. For intra-rater reliability analysis, patients were reassessed by the independent rater within one week.
The high correlations obtained between the total score on the Berg Balance Scale and the score for the walking part of the MAS (r(subscript s)=.81) provide support for the concurrent validity of the Berg Balance Scale. The agreement between independent evaluator and the observer was excellent (ICC=.99), and that between raters was moderate (ICC=.70). The agreement within the same rater at two different times was high (ICC=.86). The results of this study support the use of the Berg Balance Scale in stroke patients.
