本研究係測量國內健康青年人在不同自選步行速度下的時間及距離、運動學、地面反作用力、及肌電訊號等相關步態參數,以建立一套我國青年人的步態常模。儀器設備主要有記錄下肢關節運動變化之攝影運動分析系統、測量步行所受地面反作用力之測力板、以及記錄8組下肢運動肌群動作訊號之肌電訊號收集系統等。測試的對象為16名健康的在學青年,其中男性11名、女性5名,平均年齡、身高、體重分別為22±2歲、170.4±7.7cm、60.9±8.0kg。實驗時要求受測者以其自行選擇最快、適中(preferred)以及最慢3種速度步行,擷取每一種步行速度10至15筆相關的步態資料進行敘述性統計分析。結果顯示,本研究所測量的步態參數包括步頻、站立期、跨步長、跨步長對腿長比值與踏步長對稱性等時間及距離參數、膝關節及踝關節角度與角速度變化參數、地面反作用力3個分力參數以及8組肌電訊號參數,個體間變異係數(inter-subject coefficients of variation)大多小於50%,顯示在受測者之間一致性很高,應可作為中國青年人的步態常模。
The purpose of this study was to establish the normative data of the temporal-distance (T-D), the lower-extremity kinematics, the ground reaction forces (GRF), and the eight selected lower-extremity electromyographic (EMG) signals in the healthy young Chinese adults during level walking at varying speeds. Using a 2-camera Elite motion analysis system, two AMTI force plates, and a MA- 100 electromyographer with foot switches, the gait patterns of 10 to 15 repeated walking trials at the self-selected preferred, fastest and slowest speeds, respectively, for each of 16 young (22±2 years) Chinese adults were collected. With appropriate normalization of the measured gait parameters, the results of this study showed the inter-subject coefficients of variation of most parameters in all subjects were well below 50%. These parameters included all T-D parameters, the angle excursion and the angular velocity of the ankle and knee joints, the 3 components of the ground reaction forces, and all eight selected EMG signals at self-selected preferred, fastest and slowest speeds. This result validates the applicability of the normative data of the gait parameters during level walking at varying speeds in the healthy young Chinese adults.
