本研究屬於先驅性小規模測試計劃,主要在於探討道路交通噪音與居民反應的計量關係,依此檢討一般使用之道路交通噪音位凖計量指標L10,L50,L(下標 eq),TNI,L(下標 NP)在台灣地區之適用性;並進而探討噪音位凖的變化與困擾程度的關係,做爲未來都市噪音研究方法之依據。主要是採用心理態度量表法將居民的反應予以量化,而以行爲統計之積差相關(Product-moment Correlation)理論探討道路交通噪音位凖及居民反應之關係。
This is a preliminary study for investigating the relation of road traffic noise and human response on the quantative method The objective measurements of traffic noise level L10, L50, L(subscript eq), TIN, L(subscript NP) were proposed to compare the product-moment correlation with the subjective assessments of human response for which is suitable to the environmental noise assessment in Taiwan Area In addition, the linear functions of sound level and the magnitude of annoyance have been established for the future study of urban noise.
