試評〈都市非正式部門發展之研究：以路邊洗車業爲例〉：台灣關於“非正式部門”研究的一些誤解
A Review of "a Case Study of Taipei City's Street Car Washer an Informal Sector Washer"-Some Misunderstandings of 'Informal Sector' in Taiwan
摘要
有關「非正式部門」的研究，近年来開始在台灣出現。本文以波提斯(A. Portes)所寫＜非正式部門＞之觀點爲基礎，藉著評析陳小紅與周鳳之＜台北市路邊洗車業之研究：以非正式部門觀＞一文，指出非正式部門活動是相當異質與動態的，其特性應放在特定社會、經濟與歷史的脈胳中加以分析與考察。
