Solitary Fibrous Tumor of the Kidney: A Case Report and Review of the Literatures
腎臟單一纖維瘤：病例報告及文獻回顧
摘要
對一個腎臟腫瘤來說，腎臟單一纖維瘤是極少在術前被診斷的，主要是因為其極罕見的緣故。我們報告一例腎臟單一纖維瘤病例並回顧相關文獻。電腦斷層影像上，有一巨大、界限良好腎臟腫瘤，沒有周邊組織結構侵犯或腫瘤出血或壞死，而其中的區域在動脈相呈現明顯顯影，另一區域則在靜脈相呈現緩慢持續的顯影。雖然腎臟單一纖維瘤在泌尿生殖道中極罕見，當有上述影像學發現時，腎臟單一纖維瘤應該列為可能鑑別診斷。

The diagnosis of solitary fibrous tumors (SFTs) is seldom suggested preoperatively in the case of renal mass due to its scarcity. We report here a case of large renal SFT along with the review of relevant published literatures. We observed that the mass was a large well-demarcated renal tumor without invasion of the surrounding structures, tumor necrosis or hemorrhage on CT. After contrast enhancement, strong enhancing areas in arterial phase accompanied by progressively delayed enhancing areas in venous phase were revealed. Although SFT is extremely rare in the urogenital tract, this tumor should be included in the differential diagnosis when a renal mass with the above mentioned CT findings is identified.
