Reorganization is to conduct a planned change to the readjust outdated organizational structure and its task relationship in order to cope with new demand. Reorganization is always an important issue in government reform. The central topic of this thesis is to study the executive reorganization. The author is concerned with its definition, cause, objective, and principle. In the last, the analyzing dimension of reorganization and its consideration will be presented, and it is hoped that this research can be used for reference of our government.
