大學生休閒運動態度量表編製與調查

The Development and Application of Exercise Attitude Scale for University Student

摘要


本研究之主要目的在於:編製適合國內從事休閒運動態度調查之量表,並以該量表為研究工具而瞭解大學生之休閒運動態度。經參考相關理論及量表內容的資料,廣泛收集題目及修飾語句內容,編製成預試量表後,由彰化師大二、三年學生中隨機抽取200人為量表之預試樣本,另以隨機取樣方式抽取一組受試者(67份有效卷)以相同量表進行兩次施測,並以所得資料進行再到信度考驗。預試量表的Cronbach’s α值為.7909-.8823,正式量表的Cronbach’s α二值為.7529-.8868,兩次測量的再測信度相關值為.601-.811,且皆達顯著。最後則以正式量表實施調查所得之390份有效問卷,作為本研究分析大學生之休閒運動行為與態度,以及比較不同性別的大學生在休閒運動態度上之差異情形的資料。統計分析所得研究結果歸納如下:1.本研究所編製之休閒運動態度量表,經預試、再測與正式測量之信度與效度分析顯示為一相當可靠且適合大學生使用的量表;2.根據本研究之休閒運動態度量表編製結果發現,影響大學生休閒運動態度的因素可歸納為「運動利益」、「運動投入」、「生活能力與技術」、「成就與心理滿足」等四個因素;3.大學生對休閒運動普遍持有積極認同的態度,唯在休閒運動之實際參與情形方面,女生及高年級學生有參與頻率偏低的現象;4.男性大學生的休閒運動行為與運動態度顯著高鈴女性。

The aim of present study was to develop the Exercise Attitude Scale and to apply the measurement for university students’ exercise study. The first study consisted of 200 participants recruited from a university in the middle of Taiwan. 67 participants completed the scale for test-retest analysis two weeks later. The second study recruited 400 participants for investigating the relationship of exercise behavior and attitude among gender. Cronbach’s α is .7909-.8823 and .7529-.8868 after the analysis of fore-test and formal-test. The coefficient of test-retest analysis is .601-.811. The results revealed that Exercise Attitude Scale was a valid and reliable measurement for university students’ exercise attitude research. The Exercise Attitude Scale constructed four factors including benefits, involvement, ability & skill, and achievement & satisfaction. University students generally had positive attitude to exercise behavior but females and higher grade students still had less exercise behavior. Males revealed higher level of exercise behavior and positive attitude to exercise than females.
