佐藤晃一之海報風格初探

The Style of Koichi Sato's Poster Design

摘要


本研究針對佐藤晃一1970年~2000年的海報作品,分析其海報風格。先從日本平面設計、日本美術史、日本藝術史、日本傳統文化等觀點進行文獻收集,從中找出其衍生的相關訊息;再與佐藤晃一的生活經歷、創作背景、設計歷程等做一比對,觀察海報作品與日本歷史的關連性與存在意義;最後,綜觀分析佐藤晃一1970年~2000年的海報作品本身的形式風格、表現手法、創作理念、造形意義等。研究結果發現,佐藤晃一的作品具有強烈的民族特徵,在國際性與民族性中取得協調,他採用日本主題進行各式各樣的嘗試,創造出許多不同風貌的海報作品,作品蘊含許多日本傳統元素與意境,形成他個人創作上獨特的風格。

This study aims at the posters, designed by Koichi Sato from 1970 to 2000, to analyze the style of his posters. Japanese graphic design, Japanese paint history, Japanese art history, and the traditional Japanese cultures were collected prior to find the related information; then Koichi Sato's life experiences, background of creations, and history of designations were compared with Japan's history; Finally, the style technique creation ideas and shape meaning among Koichi Sato's posters from 1970 to 2000 were reviewed and analyzed. This study found that Koichi Sato's works held a strong national identity, and coordinated in the international and national characteristics. He adopted the Japanese themes to do various trials, and created a number of different styled posters, which contained many Japanese traditional elements and artistic conception, that became his personal unique style of creations.
